Martynas Jurkus

Martynas Jurkus has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Martynas started their career as a Document Control Intern at ABB, where they were responsible for maintaining the database and creating workflows. Later, they worked as an Analytics Coordinator at ROI Research On Investment, where they developed databases for investment projects and wrote reports on foreign direct investments. Martynas then became the Chief Technology Officer at PentaOutrage, followed by a brief role as a Partner at FounderCube. Martynas then joined Air Canada as a Development Manager for Financial Systems, where they planned and designed processes to increase business efficiency. Currently, they are working at Swiss International Air Lines, starting as a Business Analyst for Revenue Management Systems & Solutions and progressing to roles such as Product & Project Business Lead and Manager Commercial Offer Steering Solutions | Principal Team Lead and Business Analyst. In their roles, they have successfully led large-scale projects, managed cross-functional teams, and ensured transparent communication and alignment throughout projects. Martynas has also demonstrated strong leadership skills and has a good track record in project planning and resource management.

Martynas Jurkus completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree in Business Technology Management and Finance from Concordia University, from 2012 to 2016. Martynas also obtained a High School Diploma from Riešės Gimnazija from 2004 to 2012. Additionally, Martynas obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2023.
