Stephanie Bosshart

Stephanie Bosshart currently serves as the Head of SWISS City Ticket Office at Swiss International Air Lines since September 2023, following a notable tenure at Lufthansa Group as Manager Global Key Accounts from 2018. Previously, Stephanie held various positions at Swiss International Air Lines, including Sales Executive for Online Key Accounts and an internship in Event and Brand Management, where responsibilities encompassed event coordination and internal communications. Early career experience also includes working as a Flight Attendant, ensuring onboard safety and guest services, and a role as a Personnel Clerk at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, managing personnel dossiers and organizing training seminars. Stephanie obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Tourism with a focus on Air Transport Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Chur between 2009 and 2012.
