Daria Gerber has a diverse work experience with roles in various industries. In their current position at Swisscard AECS GmbH, they serve as the Head of Policy Desk & Regulatory Affairs. Daria has also worked as a Doktorandin Versicherungsaufsichtsrecht and Wissenschaftliche Assistentin at Universität Luzern. At Ernst & Young Ltd., they held roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Legal, Regulatory & Compliance - Financial Services. Before that, they worked as a Juristische Mitarbeiterin at Roh Rechtsanwälte AG. Daria has also worked as a Lehrbeauftragte Recht at ZbW - Zentrum für berufliche Weiterbildung and Juventus Schulen Zürich. Daria has experience as an Assistant to the CEO at Similasan AG and as a Junior Projektleiterin Verkauf at migrolino AG. Additionally, they had an internship as a Praktikantin in Customer Services Experience at Swiss International Air Lines and as an Intern at Vivaldi Partners Group.

Daria Gerber completed their education at the University of Zurich from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Law degree in the field of Rechtswissenschaft. Prior to that, they attended Kantonsschule Wil SG from 2003 to 2007, where they earned their Matura degree with a specialization in Wirtschaft + Recht.
