Elena Brainina

Elena Brainina has over a decade of experience in agile IT controlling support at Swisscard AECS GmbH starting in May 2020, and previously served as Country Direct Mailing Coordinator at EY from April 2008 to February 2018. At EY, Elena was responsible for the end-to-end management of external distribution in Switzerland, ensuring compliance with global and local data protection regulations, and acted as a liaison between marketing, business, and systems. Elena conducted CRM training, developed guidelines, measured the success of marketing activities, created reports and data analyses, and optimized direct marketing processes. Elena holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI Switzerland Chapter (2018-2019) and a BA in Mathematics from I. Kant Baltic Federal University (1984-1988).
