Ahmed Maklad

Ahmed Maklad is an experienced IAM DevOps Engineer at Swisscom, where responsibilities include working with Forgerock products to implement IAM solutions and serving as Tech Lead for the IAM system team. With a history at Swisscom since February 2001, roles also encompass maintaining data quality as part of the Application Support team and extensive experience in ICT System Engineering. Previous positions include Technical Blogger at maksoft.ch, Web Developer and Administrator for a democracy project in Egypt, and various application support roles at Etisalat and Vodafone Egypt. Ahmed holds a Master's in Business IT from Middlesex University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Helwan University Cairo, along with completion of specialized software development programs at the Information Technology Institute.
