Christian Hürlimann

Christian Hürlimann is currently the Head of Customer Operations Central & East and Deputy Head of IT Solutions at Swisscom, where they are responsible for delivering customer-centric IT infrastructure solutions. With extensive leadership experience at the intersection of business and IT, they previously served as CIO of the Swiss unemployment insurance at SECO, overseeing a range of IT functions for approximately 6,000 users. Their past roles include Deputy CIO and Head of Business Applications at BKW AG, as well as leadership positions at Bedag Informatik AG, where they demonstrated expertise in IT consulting and team management. Christian's educational background includes a Lic.rer.pol. in Business Informatics from the University of Bern and various leadership and IT management courses at respected institutions.
