Elīna Vītola

Elīna Vītola is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in operational strategy, stakeholder management, and program development. Currently serving as the Lead of the International Internship Program at Swisscom since February 2023, Elīna manages the overall orchestration of the program while also contributing to HR strategy and compliance as an HR Business Partner. Previously, Elīna held roles at Tietoevry as an HR Business Partner, focusing on performance and employee relations, and at Distrelec Group as an HR Supervisor, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment and employer branding. Elīna’s educational background includes degrees in Human Resource Management and Cultural Management from Alberta College and The University College of Economics and Culture, respectively.
