Jordi Cluet i Martinell currently serves as a Data, Analytics & AI Engineer at Swisscom, focusing on developing the Smart Support tool to enhance customer support experiences through Machine Learning and AI. Previously, Jordi completed a 12-month ICT Trainee program involving various projects, worked as a Data Science Project Intern at SBB CFF FFS on a Master Thesis involving weather's impact on railway punctuality, and participated in a semester project at EPFL's Data Science Lab.
