Marco Stomaci

Marco Stomaci has extensive experience in IT operations and management, serving as Data Center Service Manager and Business Engineer at Swisscom from February 2014 to June 2024, where responsibilities included project management and process improvement. Additionally, Marco held the position of Product Owner focused on optimizing IVR and voice routing, and previously worked as a Senior Operation Manager at Aveniq from March 2020 to November 2022, concentrating on IT operations and ITIL practices. Other roles include Sergeant Major Chief in the Schweizer Armee and Telematiker EFZ at Paul Hitz AG. Currently, Marco is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, following a diploma in Wirtschaftsinformatik HF from TEKO Schweizerische Fachschule AG.
