Olga Filipova

Olga Filipova is an experienced Scrum Master currently at Swisscom since April 2023, where the focus is on driving agile excellence through collaboration and continuous improvement. Previous roles include Scrum Master at Accenture Baltics and IT Project Manager at DYNINNO Financial Technologies. Olga has also contributed as a Product Owner at SORQ, Lead QA Engineer and QA at DYNINNO Financial Technologies and Dynatech Latvia, respectively, as well as a Software Tester at Verifone Baltic and Customer Support Specialist at Forticom. Olga holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte and has furthered education at Biznesa augstskola Turība and RISEBA University, in addition to obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Transport and Telecommunication Institute.
