Kushtrim Bajrami

Kushtrim Bajrami is a seasoned professional in vocational education and training (VET) and labor market governance with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the VET Governance System Senior Facilitator/Component Lead at Swisscontact, Kushtrim is focused on enhancing Kosovo's VET system through projects like Matching Skills to Jobs. Previously, various positions included Senior VET Expert at WYG Consulting, National Consultant at FHI 360 and UNICEF, and National Education Expert at the European Training Foundation, among others. Kushtrim has contributed to significant studies, project proposals, and strategic plans aimed at improving education and skills development in Kosovo, holding advanced degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology and The University of Sheffield, along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Prishtina.
