Kiria McNamara

Kiria McNamara has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kiria started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Ortus in 2010 and then worked as an HR Assistant at Arcadia Group Ltd in 2011. Kiria joined ASOS.com in 2011 and held various roles including Senior People Advisor and HR Business Partner. In 2015, they joined Cotton On Group as an HR Manager and later became the Head of HR Business Partnering. Kiria then joined Swisse Wellness in 2018 as a Senior Manager in the People & Culture department, which is part of the H&H Group. Kiria also worked at H&H Group as a Group Senior Manager in the People & Culture division. Currently, Kiria is working at Swisse Wellness as an Associate Director in the People and Culture department, with previous roles including HR Business Partnering and Reward.

Kiria McNamara completed their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2010 at Aston University, where they earned a 2:1 degree in Business and Human Psychology, which included an industry placement. In 2012, they furthered their education by attending the CIPD, where they achieved Associate CIPD qualification in the following year. To enhance their skills, they pursued a certification in Leadership and Performance Coaching, which they obtained from Gallup in 2018.
