Anna Mitterer

Anna Mitterer is a skilled professional with extensive experience in leadership and market design. As Co-Founder of Upstairs Learning since September 2019, Anna has demonstrated a commitment to education. Anna serves as a Zugführer in the Schweizer Armee and is currently a Specialist in Market & System Design at Swissgrid AG, a role held since October 2022. Previous experience includes an internship in Global FIM Pricing at UBS and a position as Ordnungsdienstspezialist at Securitas SA from March 2014 to September 2019. Academically, Anna holds a Master of Science in Mathematics with a focus on Data Analytics from the Université de Fribourg, and is pursuing a Lehrdiplom für Maturitätsschulen, along with a CAS in Decisive Leadership from the University of Lucerne. A Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics was earned from the University of Zurich, and foundational studies were completed at ETH Zürich.
