Rob Banis

Rob Banis currently serves as the Vice President of Sales North America for Medication Management at Swisslog Healthcare since April 2022. Prior to this role, Banis was the VP of Sales for North America at Pegasus Medical Concepts, where responsibilities included developing a new sales organization and overseeing various strategic initiatives. Earlier in the career, Banis held multiple leadership positions at Omnicell Inc., including Vice President of North American Sales - West Division, where a $200 million business unit was managed, and Director of Sales - West, managing a $95 million business unit. Banis began the career at Omnicell in 1996, progressing from Project Manager to System Sales Director. Banis has a background in pharmacy and supply automation solutions and is an alumnus of Saddleback College and Cal State Fullerton.
