Ken Bradley has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Ken worked at Swisslog from 2016 to the present, initially as a Field Service Manager and then as a Senior Manager, where they oversaw service operations and managed a team of technical professionals. Ken later became the Director of Customer Care for the Americas.
Prior to Swisslog, Ken worked at Pepsi Beverages Company from 1998 to 2015, where they held the positions of Sales Operations Manager and Key Account Manager. In these roles, they managed employee teams, ensured customer satisfaction, and achieved national recognition for service excellence.
Before Pepsi, Ken worked at Pete's Brewing Company as a Distributor Manager and at Broudy-Kantor Distributing as a State Sales Manager. Ken also had a role as a Distributor Manager and Sales Representative for Prince Michel Vineyards.
Throughout their career, Ken has demonstrated skills in team management, customer service, contract negotiation, and strategic planning.
