Sofia Gustavsson

Sofia Gustavsson began their work experience as a Personalansvarig at ManpowerGroup in 2000, where they worked until 2006. Sofia then became a Beteendevetare/Kundansvarig at Gotahälsan, providing consulting services to companies in the field of occupational health. After leaving Gotahälsan in 2009, Sofia joined EFG European Furniture Group as an HR-chef Sverige, a position they held until 2015. In 2015, they joined Toyota Material Handling Manufacturing Sweden as an HR Business Partner, and later transitioned into the role of HR Developer until 2022. Most recently, Sofia joined Swisslog as the Head of HR.

Sofia Gustavsson completed their Gymnasium education in Samhällsvetenskap at Kungshögaskolan from 1993 to 1996. Sofia then pursued a degree in Personal och Arbetsvetenskap at Linköping University, graduating with a Fil.kand degree in 2000. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems.
