Valerio Balbi

Valerio Balbi's work experience began in 1999 with CSE- Consorzio Servizi Bancari, where they served as Head of Business Unit - Solution Architect. In this role, they were responsible for building a new business unit to manage over 200 banking services based on internet technology. Valerio also acted as the focal point for new implementations and oversaw a team of 10 internal FTE and 10 senior consultants.

In 2010, Valerio joined Tecla.it srl as a Solution Architect. Valerio held this position until 2015, utilizing their skills and expertise in designing solutions.

From 2015 to 2019, Valerio worked at Ferrari as the ICT Security Manager on behalf of F.T.P. srl. Valerio managed security-related aspects within the company during this time.

In 2019, Valerio joined Swisslog as the Software Operations Manager. Then, in March 2021, they were promoted to the position of Head of SW Engineering EMEA, where they currently hold the role. The specific end date for this role is not provided.

Valerio Balbi obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna during the period of 1991-1997.
