Gareth Lynch

Gareth Lynch has extensive work experience in various roles. Gareth currently holds the position of Workforce Management Lead (secondment) at Swissport. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Shared Service Centre UK&I at the same company. Gareth also worked as a Project Lead, Business Transformation at Swissport from July 2018 to November 2020.

Before joining Swissport, Gareth worked at Sainsbury's. Gareth'sroles at Sainsbury's included Implementation Manager, Regional Manager, Sales Manager, Stock Control Manager, and Team Leader/Assistant Manager. Throughout their time at Sainsbury's, they showcased excellent leadership and management skills, achieving goals and driving performance in various departments. Gareth also demonstrated expertise in training and development and worked on project plans to ensure timely and budgeted delivery.

Gareth Lynch completed their GCSE's at Therfield from 1999 to 2004. Gareth then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at Kingston College from 2004 to 2006.
