Guy de Brabois

Guy de Brabois has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of HR & Talent Management at swissQuant Group AG since 2021. Previously, Guy held the position of Head Global Talent Acquisition at Vontobel, where responsibilities included the creation and management of the Recruitment Center of Expertise. At UBS, Guy was the Director of Human Resources, overseeing talent acquisition for the EMEA Corporate Center and focusing on executive recruitment and diversity initiatives. Guy's earlier roles include Partner at Odgers Berndtson specializing in executive search, founding the Swiss subsidiary of Robert Walters, and business development for investment funds at AXA Framlington. Guy holds a Master's degree in Finance and Capital Markets from ICN Business School.
