Amélie Charbon

Amélie Charbon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amélie started their career at Credit Suisse as a Cash Service Advisor from June 2008 to January 2010. Amélie then worked as an Intern at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property from February 2010 to July 2010. Following that, they joined the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA as a Lawyer from August 2010 to December 2013. Amélie then moved on to MCE Avocats, where they served as a Trainee from January 2014 to March 2016, and later as an Attorney At Law from April 2016 to August 2017. Currently, they are employed at Swissquote, where they have held various roles such as Legal Counsel from September 2017 to July 2020, Senior Legal Counsel from July 2020 to July 2022, and is currently serving as Responsible Legal Team - Associate Director since July 2022.

Amélie Charbon earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg in 2008, followed by a Master's degree in Law from the same institution in 2009. Amélie also obtained a certification called "Brevet d'avocat" in 2016.
