Carole Ratsimandresy

Carole Ratsimandresy is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Head of Risk Monitoring and Reporting at Swissquote since October 2025. Prior experience includes significant roles at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, supervising UBS and Credit Suisse while focusing on climate risk from February 2020 to September 2025. Carole held the position of VP - Senior Credit Officer at Moody's Investors Service for a brief period in 2019, overseeing project infrastructure finance. Prior to that, Carole dedicated over a decade at UBS, advancing to Executive Director in asset management and serving in various capacities including Director in Group Treasury and Asset & Liability Management. Early career experience encompasses roles at BNP Paribas Fortis as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and at Goldman Sachs in equities and private wealth management. Carole holds an MSc in Management from HEC Paris with a major in Economics and a B.A. in Philosophy from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
