Morten Hagensen

Morten Hagensen is an experienced Principal Engineer at Swissto12 since November 2023, and the owner of Guided Wave Technology ApS since October 1994, specializing in software for filter design and microwave filter consultancy. Previously, Morten held roles as an RF & Microwave Development Engineer at Cobham SATCOM from December 2012 to November 2023, and as an RF Development Engineer at both Thrane & Thrane A/S and LGP Telecom A/S, with significant involvement in microwave design from 1 to 40 GHz, VSAT, and various microwave components. Morten also contributed to the field through roles at Celwave RF Denmark and as a Research Associate at the Technical University of Denmark, where experiences included high-Tc superconducting microwave circuits and lecturing in microwave electronics. Morten holds a Master of Science in Microwave Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and an Engineering Business Administration degree from the Engineering College of Copenhagen.
