Abigail Duffy

Abigail Duffy is an experienced Childcare Solicitor at Switalskis Solicitors, a position held since June 2017, where representation is provided for parents, children, and family members in public and private law court proceedings across all levels. Previously, Abigail served as a Partner and Head of the Education Law department at King Street Solicitors LLP from March 2014 to September 2016, and as a Senior Childcare Solicitor for Wakefield Metropolitan District Council from December 2011 to May 2014. Additional experience includes roles as a Locum Childcare Solicitor with Lincolnshire County Council and a Childcare Lawyer with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Abigail began a legal career in the Education Law department at Hardwicke Building and has a solid academic background with a BVC and an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of the West of England, Bristol.
