Samantha Sclafani-Smith

Samantha Sclafani-Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and project management. Currently serving as the Global Director of Sales Enablement at Switch Automation since January 2022, Samantha focuses on enabling customer-facing teams to enhance their sales and revenue performance. Prior to this role, Samantha held multiple positions at SS&C Technologies from February 2014 to December 2021, including Senior Sales Support Consultant, where involvement in the sales cycle was critical to achieving corporate growth objectives. Samantha's earlier career includes roles as a Fund Accountant at BNY Mellon and State Street, as well as an internship with The Walt Disney Company. Educational accomplishments include an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Colorado Denver, complemented by studies in Pre-Medicine at Bryant University and the University of Central Florida.
