Jake Naruszewicz has worked in various roles and companies.

In 2022, Jake worked at Amyris as a Fermentation Operations Intern. Jake successfully completed a seed train project for bioreactor optimization and performed daily tasks such as inoculation, sampling, and running assays for different bioreactors.

From March to May 2022, they worked in the NJ Institute of Food, Nutrition, and Health at Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences as part of the Sampath Lab. Jake'sresponsibilities included assisting with laboratory and animal procedures for student and research projects, as well as helping design and implement nutritional studies.

In 2021, Jake had two roles at the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District. As a Facility Operations Intern, they shadowed and assisted plant operators, conducted tests, and sampled sludge in order to manage solids retention time and sludge density index. Jake also worked as a Laboratory Intern, where they performed biological and mathematical measurements and conducted various tests related to water quality.

From 2020 to 2021, Jake worked as an Instacart Driver at Instacart.

Overall, Jake has gained experience in laboratory operations, biotechnology, fermentation, environmental sciences, and food and nutrition studies.

Jake Naruszewicz completed their high school education at Calabasas High School in the years 2015 to 2019, earning a High School Diploma. Additionally, from 2013 to 2019, Jake studied classical music at the Colburn School of Music. In 2017, Jake attended Moorpark College for a Biotechnology Workshop. Presently, Jake is pursuing a degree in Biotechnology with a focus on Microbiology at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
