Patrick Roelke

Patrick Roelke currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering at Switch, focusing on leading a multidisciplinary team for the Switch Platform, a charge station management platform for charge point operators (CPOs). Since July 2021, Patrick has scaled the engineering team from three to multiple teams while collaborating closely with product and design teams on feature development. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Software Engineer at Switch, Software Engineer at Qwello, and Senior Software Developer at The Mobility House, where Patrick contributed to various software development projects, including OCPP implementations. Earlier positions include Backend Developer and Operations Engineer at Stylight, where infrastructure was optimized for scalability and reliability, and Linux Systems Administrator at Neos Ventures, supporting a large server environment with configuration management and orchestration tools.
