Nicole Bautz has a diverse work experience across various industries. Nicole started their career in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant/Catering at Rich Products Corporation and later became a Communication Intern at the same company in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an Engineering Assistant at Bureau Veritas and as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Stampede Presentation Products. Nicole then joined Softub as a Digital Marketing Strategist, where they were responsible for implementing brand strategies and managing digital campaigns. Nicole also worked at the Ultimate Fighting Championship as a Social Media Monitoring contractor. In 2015, they joined Switch as the Manager of Rob Roy's Innevation Center and later progressed to Associate Director, Director, and Senior Director of Engagement. Additionally, Nicole served as the Lead Organizer for Startup Weekend in Las Vegas.
Nicole Bautz obtained their B.A. degree in Communications from the University at Buffalo, during the period of 2008-2010. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate's degree in Arts, with a major in Liberal Arts and Sciences, at Niagara County Community College from 2005 to 2007.
