Rebecca Ward has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca currently works at Switch Mobility as the Head of HR Business Partnering. Prior to this, they held the role of HR Business Partner at the same company. Rebecca also worked at Ebor Academy Trust as a Human Resources & Recruitment Advisor. Rebecca gained experience in administrative HR roles at Clipper Logistics plc, where they served as a Human Resources Administrator, and at Tesco as a Visual Merchandiser. Their longest tenure was at Arcadia Group Ltd, where they were a Cluster Manager for the Wallis brand in Leeds. In this role, they were responsible for team development, driving store sales, and managing stock levels.

Rebecca Ward Associate CIPD, CMgr completed a Level 5 CMI in Management Coaching & Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute in 2023. In 2017, they attained an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD Qualifications. Furthermore, they also obtained a certification in Human Resource Management from ICS Learn in the same year. Prior to their academic pursuits, Rebecca underwent a retail management training course at Arcadia Group in 2005.
