Prabhakar Kumar

Prabhakar Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive and lubricants industries, currently serving as the Divisional Head at Switch Mobility since April 2022, focusing on revolutionizing the electric vehicle sector in India. Prior to this role, Prabhakar held various leadership positions at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited from June 2010 to March 2022, overseeing retail and government sales across multiple zones, including significant contributions to the Mahindra Powerol division. With previous experience at Chevron Lubricants, Aral Oils&Lubricants, Valvoline, and Bosch India, Prabhakar has developed strong expertise in sales management, channel development, and operations. Prabhakar holds an Advance Program in Sales Management from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile Engineering from Anna University.
