Melissa Pluke

Melissa Pluke is a highly experienced project manager who started their career at Epic, working there as a project manager and claims application manager from 2010-12. Following that, they worked at Passport Health Communications as a product manager for patient payment estimates from 2012-14, where they managed multiple development projects, assigned business and development resources, and trained implementation, account management, and support staff. In 2014, they joined TEKsystems as a contract project manager and later moved to BlueTree Network in 2015 in the same role. During their tenure at Prominence Advisors from 2015-17, they worked as their solutions architect and implemented pre-designed and custom analytics solutions within Tableau, Qlik Sense, and Qlikview software platforms. In 2017, they co-founded and owned Switch RCM.

Melissa Pluke completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in Finance, General from the University of Pittsburgh from 2007 to 2010. Melissa has also obtained the Astrato Essentials certification from Vizlib in January 2023.
