Neri Custodio

Neri Custodio is a co-founder and executive partner at Switch Software Solutions, where since August 2009, expertise has been leveraged in providing nearshore software services for mobile and web applications, effectively supporting complex projects for clients such as BBVA, Verifone, and the Inter-American Development Bank. Prior experience includes serving as Lider de Desarrollo at Intermedia Uruguay from April 2006 to August 2009, focusing on project estimation, team leadership, and technical support, along with roles as Desarrollador Senior and Desarrollador Junior. Neri Custodio began a career in software development with Tata Consultancy Services as a team member, contributing to large-scale projects and conducting internal audits. Educational background includes a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay, earned between 1999 and 2009.
