Adam Daniel MBA is an accomplished business coach, facilitator, and talent development expert currently working with Clarity Leadership since April 2024, where the focus is on empowering teams and cultivating leaders. With extensive experience in coaching and leadership development across various organizations, including Switch The Play Foundation, King's College London, and the Financial Ombudsman Service, Adam has dedicated a significant portion of their career to supporting athletes in their transition to life beyond sports and maximizing organizational effectiveness. Additionally, Adam co-owns The Natural Health and Movement Summit and previously served as Health and Fitness Lead Educator at Wattbike, contributing to the development of innovative educational platforms. Adam holds a Master's in Coaching and Behaviour Change from Henley Business School and an MBA in International Sports Management from Loughborough Business School.
