Anna Edwards is a co-owner and Managing Partner at Elite Performance Partners, a global performance and recruitment consultancy, where responsibilities include advising on human capital challenges, recruiting impactful professionals, and facilitating leadership development programs. Additionally, Anna serves as an External Tutor for The Football Association and FOCUS Sports Education, focusing on leadership and strategic content. Anna holds positions as a Board Trustee for the Switch The Play Foundation and Technical Expert for FIFA. Previous experience includes roles at Grace Blue Partnership, The Talent Business, The Longhouse London, M&C Saatchi, and WCRS, with expertise in planning, strategy, and business development. Anna has earned a Master's degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford and a Master's degree in Mentoring & Coaching from Oxford Brookes University.
