Support Associate at Switch The Play Foundation

Eira Parry possesses extensive experience in rowing and athlete support, currently serving as an Independent Selector for the British Rowing Beach Sprints Squad and Women's Olympic Squad, as well as holding roles as an England Delegate and Secretary on the General Management Committee of Home International Rowing since November 2017. Additionally, Eira Parry is the Founder of High Performance Parenting, delivering engagement sessions aimed at utilizing sport to foster personal development and social skills. Concurrently, Eira Parry works as a Support Associate and Associate with the Switch The Play Foundation, providing guidance to athletes transitioning to the workforce. Previous experience includes a role as a Talent Development Coach at British Rowing from 2004 to 2013 and as Head of Prep at Kingston Grammar School from 2000 to 2004. Eira Parry holds a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Birmingham and a PGCE in Primary Education from Brunel University of London.
