Jessica Battaglia

Jessica Battaglia has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jessica started their career as an Employment Manager at Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower in 1996. Jessica then worked as a Human Resources Consultant for their own business from 2000 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they served as an HR Business Partner & Training Manager at Perini Building Company. Afterwards, they joined Shuffle Master, first as a Sr. Talent Partner and later as a Senior Human Resources/Talent Business Partner until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a SBP / Director of HR Operations at LVCVA. Jessica is currently employed as a VP of Human Resources at Switch, a technology solutions company specializing in data centers.

Jessica Battaglia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 1991. Jessica later pursued further education at the same university, completing a program in the Graduate College of Counseling specializing in MFT (Marriage and Family Therapy) in 2003.
