Guyanne Lufrano

Guyanne Lufrano has accumulated over 20 years of professional experience. Guyanne began their career in 1999 as a National Account Manager at MCI Communications. In 2003, they joined Fifield Companies as VP Sales and Marketing and Upgrade Customization Manager. From 2005 to 2006, they were Regional Director of Operations and International Sales & Marketing Director at MCZ/Centrum Development. In 2006, they were a Strategic Advisor at Imerman Angels, where they spearheaded marketing and partnership initiatives, concepted and launched the Angel Allies program, and developed and managed social media strategy and content. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Sales & Recruiting Consultant at The Perfect Sip and as a Business Partner in the Talent Team at ArsenalBio. In 2021, they joined Synctera as Senior Talent Partner, Culture Ambassador, and DEI Champion, where they grew the team over 550% in 9 months and welcomed over 100 new Syncterans. In 2022, they joined Switchboard Software as People & Culture Lead and Zero21 as Founder, where they are launching venture-backed startups from Zero to One by connecting exceptionally talented people to their dream teams.

Guyanne Lufrano obtained a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Guyanne then attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles from 2003 to 2004, though they did not obtain a degree. Lastly, they completed an Italian Language Immersion program at International House, Milan.
