Sarah Salenger

Sarah Salenger is an accomplished technology leader with a diverse background in engineering management and web development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Switchboard since August 2025, Sarah previously held positions such as Engineering Manager at SeatGeek, where strategic roadmaps were developed to enhance user experience and conversion rates, and at Spotify, overseeing cross-functional teams that created applications for music providers. Sarah’s earlier roles at 2U included Senior Director of Pre-Enrollment Technology and Director of Software Engineering for Marketing, where teams were led to modernize software methodologies and build impactful content management systems. Sarah began a web development career at her own firm and Barnard College, offering expertise in website management, development, and user support. Educational qualifications include a BA in Women's Studies and Art History from Barnard College, complemented by further studies at Columbia University.
