Marco Tricarico

Marco Tricarico is the current CEO at Switcho. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Associate at Strategy& from June 2016 to February 2019. There, they led the Italian team and supported the local team in a post-merger integration for two Asia Pacific State-Owned companies in the sector of the natural gas. Marco also developed and reviewed electricity strategy for a developing European Country, and led the PMO in a reorganization of the Asset Management department for a primary Italian Bank.

Before Strategy&, Marco worked as a Project Finance Specialist at Astaldi S.p.A. from January 2013 to December 2015. There they built extensive experience in leveraged finance, raising project financing, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing financing documentation for Italian and international projects, including related derivative instruments. Marco also managed negotiation of refinancing facilities in context of a partial divesture of two parking lots, and took part in the negotiation and closing of a refinancing facility for the Metro 5 Subway of Milan with 10 banks and institutional investors.
