Neil Gandhi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Neil started their career in 2004 as a Software Engineer at eMetric, where they developed and enhanced dynamic web applications for state departments of education. Neil then joined the University of Texas at Austin as a Research Assistant in 2006. In 2007, Neil returned to eMetric as an IT Project Manager, where they managed the development and delivery of an online reporting system for high-stakes K-12 assessments. Neil later transitioned to the role of Sr. Technology Manager, responsible for managing and delivering the iTester assessment platform. In 2022, Neil became the Director of Software Development at eMetric before joining SWIVEL in 2023 as the Director of Software Engineering.
Neil Gandhi received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, spanning from 2003 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from UTSA Carlos Alvarez College of Business, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012.
