Bobby Goodman

Bobby Goodman is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Swivel. Prior to this, they were the Head of Growth at NavigatorCRE, and before that they were an Advisor at Sandalphon Capital. Bobby is also a Member of the Urban Land Institute.

Bobby has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Bobby co-founded Truss Holdings, Inc. in 2010 and was with the company for almost 5 years. Bobby then went on to work as an advisor for Sandalphon Capital, where they helped invest in B2B and Consumer startups. After 6 months, they took on the role of Head of Growth at NavigatorCRE. In this role, they were responsible for all revenue activities and setting the strategies associated with the revenue organization (sales, marketing, customer success).

In their current role as Chief Revenue Officer at Swivel, Bobby is responsible for all revenue activities and setting the strategies associated with the revenue organization (sales, marketing, customer success). Bobby has also developed orientation, onboarding, and training programs and documentation for new employees, resulting in a 50% decrease in employee ramp time. Under their leadership, Swivel has seen 300% revenue growth and a 90% gross customer retention rate.

Bobby Goodman attended the University of Colorado at Boulder from 1998 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience. Bobby then attended the University of Iowa for one year of General Studies. Bobby finally completed their education at New Trier High School District in 1997.

Bobby Goodman works with a small team of colleagues, including Kaci Johnson (Director, Design Operations), Jason Royer (CFO), Wade Cohn (Co-Founder & CPO), David Proft (Co-Founder & CTO), Lindy Curtis (Director, Client Development), Simon McGown (Director, Design Services), and Charlie McComas (Director, Strategic Accounts). The following people report to Bobby Goodman: Hannah Shebat (Senior Marketing Coordinator) and Brittany Bond (VP, Growth).
