Lindy Curtis

Lindy Curtis is the Director of Client Development at Swivel. Lindy has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has held various positions in customer success, program management, and business development.

Lindy began their career as a Business Relationship Manager at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. In this role, they developed strategies for implementing CBRE's GIS platform, partnered with brokerage teams to provide analysis for site selection, and consulted with clients to ascertain project purpose and develop solutions. Lindy was also responsible for supervising a team of analysts and for directing hiring and performance evaluations for analysts.

After two years at CBRE, Lindy joined JLL as a Program Manager for their GIS Platform. In this role, they were responsible for transforming an ailing $1M GIS software through overhauling the product, providing leadership through the release of the tool, and successfully launching three new GIS products to the firm. Lindy also created a marketing strategy to facilitate nationwide adoption of the product and innovated new workflows and modified existing workflows to better meet requirements.

After four years at JLL, Lindy joined Swivel as the Head of Customer Experience. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the customer experience team and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with Swivel’s products and services. Lindy has been with Swivel for two years and has been instrumental in growing the company’s customer base and ensuring customer retention.

Lindy Curtis has a degree from Iowa State University in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Lindy is also a Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM) from the Product Marketing Alliance. In addition, they have a Georgia Real Estate License and an Illinois Real Estate License. Lindy is also a Nutritional Therapy from the Nutritional Therapy Association.
