Amanda Regan

Director of Customer Experience at Swivl

Amanda Regan has a long and varied work experience. Amanda began their career in 2000 as a Sales Account Executive at Allegiant Telecom. In 2003, they became a Teacher at Town School for Boys. From 2010 to 2016, they were a Community Volunteer. In 2016, they became a Title 1 Specialist/Floating Educator at Park City School District. In 2018, they worked as a Guest Teacher at Menlo Park City School District. Most recently, they have been working at Swivl since 2019. In their current role as Director of Customer Experience, they have developed strong relationships with key senior stakeholders, created a CSM playbook, leveraged infrastructure and systems to scale-up Customer Success, and used metrics to measure and improve customer experience. Amanda has also had technical and functional experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, OrderDesk, and Autopilot. Additionally, they have been responsible for leading product training, adoption, and feedback sessions, and has worked closely with the product and support team to provide a comprehensive customer experience. Amanda has also developed champions that can be used in future sales/marketing efforts.

Amanda Regan received their Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC San Diego from 1996 to 2000. Amanda then went on to receive their Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2006.
