Lee Selwood

Lee Selwood is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the management of engineering teams across various industries, including food production and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as Factory Engineering Manager at Swizzels since July 2022, Lee previously held roles such as Brewery Engineering Manager at Mizkan Euro Ltd, responsible for a high-performing maintenance team in a BRC accredited environment, and Engineering Manager at Mölnlycke, overseeing engineering operations in a pharmaceutical setting. With a strong background in driving continuous improvement projects and managing maintenance in FMCG sites like Kerry Foods and Grampian Country Food Group, Lee began an engineering career as a Leading Marine Engineering Mechanic in the Royal Navy, emphasizing leadership and maintenance excellence. Lee's education includes training at HMS Sultan, Marine Engineering College, complemented by foundational studies at Copley High School.
