Guillermo O. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Expansion Manager at Swobbee. In this position, they are responsible for expanding the company's operations into three new markets. Guillermo works closely with cross-functional teams and business partners to identify new business opportunities and conducts market research to analyze market trends for growth and expansion. Guillermo O. began their education journey in 2012 when they enrolled at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. Guillermo pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and completed their degree in 2017.

In 2017, they further specialized in sustainable construction and energy efficiency at Instituto Tecnológico de la Construcción, where they completed a specialization program.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Guillermo enrolled at SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences in 2018. Guillermo pursued a Master of Engineering degree with a focus on Engineering and International Business, specifically in the fields of Renewable Energy, Water, and Waste Management. Guillermo successfully completed their master's program in 2020.
