Justine Loughrey

Head of Operations at Swoon Editions

Justine Loughrey's work experience begins in 2010 at Santander UK, where they worked as a Customer Service Advisor from July 2010 to March 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Dive Master at Tioman Dive Centre from August to November. Following that, they joined Swoon in January 2016 as a Customer Care Executive and was later promoted to Customer Care Manager in October 2016. In November 2018, they became a CX Programme Manager and then advanced to Head of Customer Experience in March 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations at Swoon from November 2022.

Justine Loughrey attended the University of Chester from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Sports and Exercise Science.
