Tara Sawyer has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Tara began their career at Marcus Evans as an Event Sponsorship- Corporate Sales professional. In 2013, they joined RedLine Associates, Inc as a Sourcer. From 2014 onwards, Tara has been associated with Swoon, initially working as a Technical Recruiter. Tara steadily progressed to roles such as Relationship Manager, Sr. Relationship Manager, and Relationship Management Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Manager, Client Partnerships, and recently transitioned to the role of Director, Client Partnerships in January 2021 at Swoon.
