Spencer Riley

Spencer Riley is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Director of Recruiting for Major Accounts at Swoon since July 2021. Previous positions at Swoon include Manager of Direct Hire Recruiting and Lead Technical Recruiter. Prior to this, Spencer held multiple positions at Nationwide Children's Hospital, including IS Project Coordinator, PMO, Senior HR Recruiter, and HR Recruiter II, effectively managing recruitment for various departments.
