Anne Nderitu

Anne Nderitu has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2017 as Co-Founder of OffyTap. Anne then became a Graduate of YALI Regional Leadership Center East Africa in 2018, where they learned Human-Centred Design Thinking Process, Business Modelling, and Pitching and Investor Readiness. Also in 2018, they were Finance Director for WomEng (Women In Engineering) on a volunteer basis and Aeronautical Engineer Intern for Kenya Police Airwing. In 2019, they became Chief Operating Officer and Projects Engineer for Kenya Flying Labs. In 2020, they were Head of Operations- Kenya for Edu-Cater Global and Chief Operating Officer for airUTM. Currently, they are Co-Founder and COO for Swift Lab Limited and Founder of The Girls' Boardroom, a platform that connects, educates, and empowers women to achieve their highest career goals. In 2022, they will become Operations Manager for Swoop Aero.

Anne Nderitu completed their Engineer's Degree in Aeronautics Engineering from the Technical University of Kenya in 2017. In 2018, they obtained Microsoft Office Specialist certifications in Word 2016 and PowerPoint 2016 from Microsoft. Additionally, Anne is a Student Affiliate Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society. Most recently, in 2020, they completed the Trusted Operator Program (TOP) Level 2 in Drone Technology from the African Drone and Data Academy.
