Keisha Beasley

Keisha Beasley is an accomplished consultant currently serving as Consultant II at Sword Group since July 2021, while also co-founding Beasley & Beasley Enterprises LLC in June 2020, which specializes in creating creole grilling sauces, rubs, seasonings, and desserts, reflecting Louisiana's culinary heritage. As the Founder and CEO of L.E.A.P., Inc., a nonprofit organization established in September 2015, Keisha has been proactive in engaging Houston's youth through cultural service learning programs. Keisha's extensive experience at Chevron from August 2006 to December 2020 included roles as Technology Strategy and Services Analyst and Product Owner, where Keisha focused on IT Governance and stakeholder communications, as well as various project management positions overseeing real estate initiatives and capital projects. Keisha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas in Texas.
