Angie M. Freeman, MBA, is a seasoned professional in customer insights and healthcare finance with extensive experience in data management and client reporting. Currently serving as Principal of Customer Insights at Sword Health since July 2022, Angie previously held various leadership roles at Sharecare from July 2016 to July 2022, including Director of Client Reporting and Senior Manager of Healthcare Finance. Angie has demonstrated expertise in developing contractually required reports, collaborating with account managers, and working closely with key stakeholders to drive client expansion and renewal activities. Prior experience includes significant positions at Healthways and Wells Fargo, where Angie contributed to data management services and provided analytical support to finance teams. Angie holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Tech University and a BSBA in Finance from Tennessee Technological University.
